Initial Hygiene Visit

A comprehensive first visit for new patients, including a detailed gum health evaluation, oral cancer screening, professional hygiene treatment, and personalised advice to support your long-term oral health.

Classic Clean

This treatment is suitable for patients who have regular hygiene visits and have a good standard of oral hygiene and gum health.

Classic Clean Plus

As above however including the use of warm water, air, and a fine cleaning powder which is very effective at gently removing stains and is also safe to use around implants and crowns.

Advanced Clean

This treatment is suitable for patients that require some extra time for treatment and gum assessment. For example those who haven't had a hygiene treatment in a while or have lots of buildup and staining or those with gum problems. This appointment may include the use of warm water and airflow polish.

Guided Biofilm Treatment (GBT)

GBT is the 'gold standard' advanced professional dental cleaning method.

A typical GBT appointment involves:

  • Disclosing plaque with a coloured dye so problem areas become visible
  • Using warm water, air, and a fine powder to gently remove plaque and stains from teeth and gums
  • Removing any remaining hard tartar deposits with ultrasonic instruments
  • Checking that the teeth and gums are clean and healthy

Gum Disease Treatment

This is a longer appointment for patients with unstable gum disease. It involves cleaning underneath the gum margins to try to eliminate bacteria which causes periodontal disease. Depending on severity, multiple appointments may be required.

Children's Oral Health Check and Hygiene Visit

For children under the age of 16 and includes hygiene advice, a check of the teeth and a gentle clean.

Orthodontic Clean

This treatment is tailored to adults and children who are undergoing orthodontic treatment. It includes oral hygiene advice and thorough cleaning of the teeth and braces. If teeth are particularly stained, we would recommend Classic Clean Plus to ensure staining is removed more effectively within the appointment.

Tooth Whitening Treatment

Our take-home whitening treatment is a dentist supervised teeth whitening treatment using custom made trays and a professional whitening gel. 

How it works:

  • Dental consultation
    Your teeth and gums will be checked to make sure whitening is safe for you. All options will be discussed i.e whether to use the day or night whitening system.
  • Custom whitening trays are made
    A scan of your teeth is taken to create plastic trays that fit your teeth exactly. Pre-treatment photos and a shade will be recorded.
  • Whitening gel is provided
    Once your trays are made, you will receive syringes of professional whitening gel, and you will be shown how to apply it to your custom trays.
  • Use at home
    Start your tooth whitening program and enjoy the results!

A £50 non refundable whitening consultation will need to be performed prior to whitening treatment commencing.* 

How It Works


The above treatments are not full dental examinations however we will screen for signs of disease such as oral cancer, dental decay and periodontal disease and inform you of any concerns and advise you appropriately and within our scope of practice.

Are Made

Impressions of your teeth are taken to create plastic trays that fit your teeth exactly. Pre treatment photos and shade will be recorded.

3. Whitening Gel
is Provided

Once your trays are made, you will receive syringes of professional whitening gel, and you will be shown how to apply it to your custom trays.
