Initial Hygiene Visit

A comprehensive first visit for new patients, including a detailed gum health evaluation, oral cancer sceening, personalised oral health advice to support your long-term oral health and professional teeth cleaning using the ‘gold standard' Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) method. This involves disclosing plaque and using warm water, air, and a fine powder to gently remove plaque and stains.

Hygiene Maintenance Appointment

Following an Initial Hygiene Visit, this tailored appointment maintains your gum health with personalised advice and professional plaque, calculus and stain removal using GBT or traditional techniques.

Gum Disease Treatment

This is a longer appointment for patients with unstable gum disease. It involves cleaning underneath the gum margins using GBT or traditional techniques to try to eliminate bacteria which causes periodontal disease. Depending on severity, multiple appointments may be required.

Children's Oral Health Check and Hygiene Visit

For children under the age of 18 and includes hygiene advice, a check of the teeth and a gentle clean.

Orthodontic Clean

This treatment is suitable for adults and children undergoing orthodontic treatment. It includes oral hygiene advice and a professional clean using GBT or traditional techniques to remove staining and help keep teeth and gums healthy throughout your orthodontic journey.

Tooth Whitening Treatment

Our take-home whitening treatment is a dentist supervised teeth whitening treatment using custom made trays and a professional whitening gel. 

How it works:

  • Dental consultation
    Your teeth and gums will be checked to make sure whitening is safe for you. All options will be discussed i.e whether to use the day or night whitening system.
  • Custom whitening trays are made
    A scan of your teeth is taken to create plastic trays that fit your teeth exactly. Pre-treatment photos and a shade will be recorded.
  • Whitening gel is provided
    Once your trays are made, you will receive syringes of professional whitening gel, and you will be shown how to apply it to your custom trays.
  • Use at home
    Start your tooth whitening program and enjoy the results!

A £50 non refundable whitening consultation will need to be performed prior to whitening treatment commencing.* 

How It Works


The above treatments are not full dental examinations however we will screen for signs of disease such as oral cancer, dental decay and periodontal disease and inform you of any concerns and advise you appropriately and within our scope of practice.
