Cancellation Policy

To secure your dental hygiene appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill upon completion of your appointment.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits for appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
